Patients! Call our office anytime Monday through Friday
between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CST. Our office
will be able to assist you with appointment scheduling,
insurance verification, billing and payment questions,
surgery scheduling, and medical supply needs such as
diabetic shoes, medical Crocs, walking boots, splints, and
much more.
To schedule an appointment, call (615) 494-1234 and press
ext. 100. Appointments are available in Murfreesboro Monday
through Thursday; Cookeville each Friday; and Woodbury on
alternate Monday afternoons. If your foot condition is an
emergency, please let us know.

appointment. Remember your insurance card information and a
valid photo identification card also.
